Definition

Controls whether or not users are able to create or change entries in the staffing view.

Use

If you select this checkbox, users can edit existing assignments for a given demand and resource combination. In addition, users can create new entries in the staffing view by specifying a new demand and resource combination and manually creating assignments.

If you do not select this checkbox, users can only display the staffing view in the Web-based planning board.

Dependencies

If you select this checkbox, the Insert New Staffing button is available in the staffing view.

In the user settings, each user can define the type of assignments (capacitive or non-capacitive) that are created in the staffing view.
