Use
You enter the HR subtype to define the type of alternative working time that controls the work or remuneration of the employee.
Dependencies
You can choose from the types that are defined in Customizing for Multi Resource Scheduling at HR Integration -> Configure Settings for HR Integration.
Example
An employee is to temporarily perform the role of a supervisor. You therefore want to adjust the wage rate accordingly. To do so, choose the type of alternative working time "Foreman Substitution" for the required period.
