Definition
Controls whether you can define an individual validity period for each team member or whether all team members are assigned the same validity period.
Use
You have the following options:
- Team Member Validity Equals Team Validity
If you choose this option, the team validity period applies to all team members.
- Team Member Validity Is Independent of Team Validity
If you choose this option, you can define the validity period on team member level. That is, each team member can have its own validity.
Dependencies
If the Team Responsible checkbox is selected in Customizing activity Define Planning Board Profile and you choose Team Member Validity Is Independent of Team Validity, the Person Responsible checkbox is displayed on the team detail screen in the planning board. By selecting this checkbox, you can specify that a team member is responsible in the team during the individual team member validity period.
