Definition
Controls whether or not the read access to resource-related data is to be logged in the SAP GUI and the Web-based planning board.
Use
Select this checkbox if you want the system to create log entries whenever resource-related data is accessed in SAP Multiresource Scheduling, for example, whenever a user launches the planning board or displays a resource's qualifications.
If you select this checkbox, the following information is logged:
- Date and time of access
- User who accessed the data
- ID of the resource whose data was accessed
- Name of the resource whose data was accessed
- Attributes of the resource whose data was accessed
- Application through which the data was accessed
- Functionality within the application through which the data was accessed
Dependencies
To display and delete the logged data, you use report /MRSS/SGE_RESOURCE_LOGS.
Note that users must be assigned the following authorization objects to display or delete entries in the read access log:
- /MRSS/LOG1 to display log entries
- /MRSS/LOG2 to display and delete log entries
