Use
If you select this checkbox, the Automatic Scheduling of Multiday Assignments button is available in the planning board. If this button is chosen, the system automatically creates multiday assignments for the selected demands and resources.
Note:
The system creates either stretched assignments or concrete assignments, depending on your Customizing settings. The creation of capacitive assignments is not supported.
Dependencies
To specify which type of assignments (concrete or stretched) is created for a given type of demand, you make settings in Customizing under Demand Settings --> Permit Stretched Assignments and Allow Stretched Assignments (ERP) (for demands originating in SAP ERP).
To configure the automatic scheduling of multiday assignments, you make settings in Customizing under Set Up Scheduler Workplace --> Automatic Scheduling of Multiday Assignments.
