Deactivates most planning horizon checks in the planning board.
Use
Select this checkbox if users shall be allowed to make changes outside the planning horizon.
Note:
It is not possible to move stretched assignments outside the planning horizon. Also, you can only move time allocations outside the planning horizon if they do not border on a stretched assignment.
