Documentation
Definition
Enables dynamic breaks for resources.
Use
If you select this checkbox, the dynamic breaks defined in SAP HR are transferred to SAP Multiresource Scheduling with the time allocation type DYN_BREAK.
These time allocations can be changed within the allowed time interval by the resource planner and by the Optimizer.
Dependencies
To ensure that dynamic breaks are transferred correctly from SAP HR to SAP Multiresource Scheduling, you must create an exceptional time allocation type DYN_BREAK in Customizing activityDefine Time Allocation Types before running the availability transfer report (/MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF) for the first time.
Note that in Customizing activity Define Determination of Planning Board Profile the planning board profile is assigned to one or multiple resource planning nodes. Thus, an indirect assignment exists between the resources belonging to a resource planning node and the planning board profile that is assigned to this resource planning node.
