Definition

Use

You use this field to specify what data the system is to compare to determine the planning status for a demand and to display the planning status icon accordingly.

You have the following options:

  • BOTH - Compares both the duration of the demand and of related assignments, as well as the number of required resources and of related assignments

    The planning status icon changes to Planned only if the duration of the assignments equals or is higher than the demand duration and the number of assignments equals or is higher than the number of required resources.

  • COUNT - Compares the number of resources and the number of assignments

    The planning status icon changes to Planned only if the number of assignments equals or is higher than the number of required resources.

  • DURA - Compares the duration of the demand and the duration of related assignments

    The planning status icon changes to Planned only if the duration of the related assignments equals or is higher than the duration of the demand.
