Definition
Indicates for which type of external service provider resource assignments are created automatically when appointments are booked.
Use
You can choose between the following options:
- External service provider resource with one time frame per day
The service provider is available during one defined time frame per day and can take on several assignments in succession.
- External service provider resource with multiple time frames per day
The service provider is available during several time frames per day and can take on several assignments simultaneously.
Note:
You assign resources to time frames using transaction /MRSS/RES_DET_MAINT. Using this transaction, you can also define a maximum number of assignments the resource can complete during a time frame as well as a limit up to which the resource can be overbooked.
