Definition

Key that identifies a control recipe destination within a plant

Use

You use the control recipe destination to specify:

  • Whether the process instructions of a phase are transferred to an external system or prepared as SAP process instruction sheets for a process operator
  • Which system or process operator handles the process instructions

You can assign different destinations to the phases of an operation if required from a control view.
In the process order, you can create exactly one control recipe for each control recipe destination by combining and transferring the process instructions of all associated phases.

Emptying a boiler and filling the next one are phases in different operations. Even so, they are still assigned to the same control recipe destination since they are closely related in terms of how they are carried out.

Dependencies

As soon as you have entered the required information in Customizing for the control recipe destination:

  • Certain process instructions are generated automatically if you create a control recipe in the order.
  • Your password and authorization are checked if you enter a signature on the process instruction sheet.
