Definition
If the "With Requirements Quantities" indicator is selected, the system does not include quantities that have already been confirmed when it carries out the availability check; instead, it includes the entire requirements quantity.
Use
In this mode, you can simulate the result of the availability check that is returned if the availability check is carried out with cumulated quantities (shortage check). You activate this check in Customizing for Sales and Distribution by choosing:
Basic Functions -> Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements -> Availability Check -> Availability Check with ATP Logic or Against Planning -> Define Checking Groups
Dependencies
A check that takes into account the requirement quantities can be carried out only when a sales/production order is created. The "Cumulation" field in the checking group that was assigned to the checking rule in Customizing must have one of the following values:
2 - Requirement quantity when creating; no cumulation when changing
3 - Requirement quantity when creating; confirmed quantity when changing
