Definition

This documentation is also available as an include in data element IB_AUFKT (IBIP)Number of times that an operation or suboperation is repeated during order processing

Use

Use the execution factor to specify how often an operation or suboperation is to be carried out when an order is processed.
The execution factor refers to the work,, operation duration, operation quantity, and material quantity.

If you have selected the Fixd Operation Qty indicator, the execution factor has no effect. If you selected the Fixed Lot indicator, the material quantity remains unchanged.

The execution factor of a suboperation is determined by the execution factor of the associated operation.

Dependencies

For task lists:

The values entered in the fields mentioned above each refer to execution factor 1. If you enter an execution factor in the task list, it is used simply as a default value for order processing.

Example:

Execution factor = 3

Operation duration = 2 hrs

Work = 4 hrs

Material quantity = 1 piece

If you refer to service specifications, you cannot use execution factors.

For orders:

When a task list is transferred to the order, the execution factor is automatically multiplied by the fields mentioned above. This changes the quantities from the task list in the order as follows (compare with the example above):

Example:

Execution factor = 3

Operation duration = 6 hrs

Work = 12 hrs

Material quantity = 3 pieces

When the execution factor changes, the quantities in the above fields are recalculated taking into account the old execution factor:

Example: Old New

Execution factor 3 ==> 2

Operation duration 6 --> 4

Work 12 --> 8

Material quantity 3 --> 2

Changes to the above fields each refer to the current execution factor:

Example: Old New

Execution factor 2 2

Operation duration 4 --> 5

Work 8 8

Material quantity 2 2
