Use

If you select this option, the system sets the start date and time for the assignment to the start of the first working day after the start of the demand, provided that this is within the planning horizon. This is based on the basic availability of the resource, meaning that absences and parallel assignments are not taken into account when the assignment dates are calculated.

System behavior when creating capacitive assignments is not affected by this option. The system always calculates the assignment dates based on the start and end of the demand.

If you use this option, you can select only one demand and move it to the resource using drag & drop.
