• If you search for suitable resources for a demand item (operation), the system takes into account the qualifications that are required for the related subitems instead of the qualifications that are specified at item level.
• The system displays the qualifications that are specified for the subitems when the demand item is selected in the planning board and the respective context menu entry is chosen.

If you do not select this checkbox, the system takes into account the qualifications that are specified for the demand at item level when searching for suitable resources.
