Indicates the available capacity reserve that can be utilized by an SLA.

The capacity reserve is a time that the system blocks from the total capacity of the full-day capacity pot for customer-driven jobs or emergency cases.

Use

The actual available capacity reserve for Priority contains the amount of capacity that is left for appointments of a given priority.
