Documentation
Definition
Indicates the capacity reserve for an individual Service Level Agreement (SLA) that has been uploaded from the forecast system.
The capacity reserve is a time that the system blocks from the total capacity of the full-day capacity pot for customer-driven jobs or emergency cases.
Use
The forecast capacity reserve can be used for an appointment with a given priority. The actual available capacity reserve for Priority contains the amount of capacity that is left for appointments of a given priority.
Dependencies
You can make the necessary settings for the capacity reserve in the Customizing of SAP Multiresource Scheduling under Appointment Booking -> Appointment Booking on Planning Node Level -> Settings for Capacity Reserve.
For information about relationships to other capacity related fields, see Description of All Capacity Fields.
