Definition

Capacity in minutes which is subtracted from the overall available capacity to provide availability

Use

You can use the capacity reserve for emergencies or special cases. Only the remaining capacity can be booked for demands or assignments following specified business criteria. The closer the date of a capacity pot gets, the less availability is reserved.

Dependencies

You can make the necessary settings for the capacity reserve in the Customizing for SAP Multiresource Scheduling under Appointment Booking -> Appointment Booking on Planning Node Level -> Define Capacity Reserve.
