Definition

Controls whether or not users have the option to analyze the results of an optimization run in both the SAP GUI and the Web-based planning board.

Use

If you choose Summarized Analysis, the following applies:

  • In the SAP GUI planning board, users have the following options to analyze the optimization results:
    • By choosing the Analyze button on the Optimization Parameters screen after the optimization run has finished
    • By choosing the Analyze Last Optimization option from the dropdown menu that is available with the optimizer icon (Start Optimization) after the optimization run has finished

      If you choose Not Active, instead of the Analyze button a Log button will be available to display the optimizer log only. In that case, the Analyze Last Optimization option is not available.

  • In the Web-based planning board, users can analyze the optimization results as follows:
    • By choosing the Analyze button on the Optimization Parameters screen after the optimization run has finished

      If you choose Not Active, the button is not active.
