Definition
The freeze time will specify the time when the next frozen period becomes active.
Use
The freeze time is relevant for the appointment offering function and the interaction in the planning board.
If the freeze time is reached, the system will use the next frozen period to restrict the offered appointments and will restrict the planning board changes (e.g. assignment shifting within the frozen period is not allowed).
