Definition

Uniquely identifies the qualification. The qualification number must be in either the internal or external number range.

Use

If you did not set the External Numbers indicator when you created the qualification catalog, the system automatically assigns a number from the internal number range when a new qualification is entered. You must assign external numbers if the qualification has to be changed using an API interface (for example, during periodic data transfers from other systems).

Dependencies

To determine the internal and external numbers that are permitted, call the Qualification Numbers transaction and choose Display Intervals.
