Definition

Indicates whether collisions are created whenever two capacitive assignments exist in parallel or whether collisions are only created when the resource utilization exceeds 100%.

Use

If you select this checkbox, the system considers the resource utilization. Collisions are only displayed if the utilization exceeds 100% when two capacitive assignments exist in parallel.

If you do not select this checkbox, a collision is displayed whenever two capacitive assignments exist in parallel.

Dependencies

This checkbox is only relevant if the following applies:

• You are using capacitive assignments.
• Collisions between capacitive assignments have been configured in Customizing under Collision Settings --> Define Collisions.
• The use of negative capacity has been activated in Customizing under Basic Settings --> Configure Basic Settings. In addition, we recommend that you activate the availability-based utilization in that Customizing activity.
