Definition
Use
You use this field to specify how you want to display the results of the Capacity and Demand Overview report. For example, if you have selected a planning node with subordinate planning nodes, you can decide whether you want to display the results for each subordinate planning node individually or in summarized form for the superordinate planning node only.
The system displays the results per week.
You have the following options:
- Single View
If you have selected a planning node without subordinate planning nodes, the system displays the total demand per week as one stacked column. This column includes, for example, the assigned demand, the unassigned demand, processing times, and travel times.
The total capacity is represented by one point per week. All points are joined to form a line. This allows you to quickly identify when the total capacity is higher or lower than the total demand.
If you have decided to display the results in table form, the respective values (for example, total capacity, free capacity, and - if the human resource scenario is active - the total demand) are displayed in one table.
- Group View
In the group view, the system displays the total capacity, the free capacity and -if the human resource capacity scenario is active- the total demand. Other capacity-related details are not displayed.
If you have selected a planning node without subordinate planning nodes, the results display is the same as in the single view.
If you have selected a planning node with subordinate planning nodes, the system displays the total demand per week as one single-color column per planning node.

If you have decided to display the results in table form, the respective values are displayed in one table per planning node.
- Group View (Cumulated)
In the cumulated group view, the system displays the total capacity, thefree capacity and -if the human resource capacity scenario is active- the total demand. Other capacity-related details are not displayed.
If you have selected a planning node without subordinate planning nodes, the results display is the same as in the single view.
If you have selected a planning node with subordinate planning nodes, the system displays the total demand per week as one single-color column for all planning nodes. That is, only one column per week is displayed.
If you have decided to display the results in table form, the respective values are added up and displayed in one table.
Dependencies
In the Results Display field, you specify whether you want to display the results in chart form, in table form, or in both.
