Use
If you select this checkbox, the demand work for CRM demands is displayed according to the CRM service product.
When you create a new CRM service order and transfer it as demand to SAPMultiresource Scheduling, the system links this demand to the respective CRM service product and categorizes the demand accordingly.
If CRM demands exist in SAP Multiresource Scheduling that have not yet been linked to the CRM service product (for example, after an upgrade), you must run report /MRSS/SGE_LN_CORRECTION once in your system to create a link between the demand item and the corresponding category.
If it has been specified in Customizing that the assignment work is considered when a demand is planned, then the assignment work is displayed according to the CRM service product of the demand.
Note:
The corresponding item that is displayed in the Capacity and Demand Overview only includes the demand work or the assignment work. It does not include the demand reserve, processing times or travel times.
Dependencies
In Customizing under Capacity and Demand Overview --> Control Options for Total Demand Calculation, you specify whether the demand work or the assignment work is considered when a demand is planned.
