Documentation
Definition
Controls how the availability of individual resources contributes to the total capacity.
Use
The total capacity is based on the individual availability of the resources that are assigned to a given planning node.
You have the following options to specify the calculation base for the total capacity:
- Basic availability of the resource without on-call time allocations
The basic resource availability is calculated based on time allocations. If you choose this option, the system considers all time allocations except for on-calls.
- Basic availability of the resource including on-call time allocations
If you choose this option, the system considers all time allocations including on-calls.
- Gross availability of the resource without time allocations
If you choose this option, the availability is calculated based on the planned working time of the resource. It does not include any time allocations.
Dependencies
This setting is only relevant if you have chosen Single Resource Planning as the planning node capacity scenario.
