Definition
Controls whether or not messages are displayed in the appointment booking dialog box.
Note that this setting is only relevant for the extended appointment booking scenario for demands from SAP CRM.
Use
Select this checkbox if you want to display the following types of messages in the appointment booking dialog box:
- Error or warning messages that the system issues while trying to propose an appointment
- Information messages that have been defined in the Service Area Maintenance transaction (/MRSS/SRVA_MAINTAIN) for the relevant service area
