Attributes for a qualification profile item
Use
Attributes are always numeric. The rule is: the larger the number, the higher the qualification attribute.
If the attribute value is 0, this means that the qualification exists but has not been specified any further.
The attribute is used for both a resource's qualifications and for the qualifications required for a demand. For a demand, the attribute is also used to create the ranking list.
