Documentation
Definition
A WFM application is always assigned to a specific application category. All objects that this application creates in the WFM Core are assigned to its application category. The WFM Core can then use the application category to determine, for example:
- The demands or resources that the application wants to process
- The Customizing settings that apply to the application
- The system that is informed if objects have changed in the WFM Core
The application categories provided by SAP are listed in the input help (F4).
