Definition

This field contains the complete name of the person. As a rule, this is generated from the individual parts of the name (without the form of address).

There are two exceptions:

1. The field content was compiled from the old fields for the form of address text and name during a data conversion (from a previous release) because it was not possible to automatically assign the form of address text to a form of address key. In this case, the CONVERTED field (status of NAME_TEXT field) contains the value 'X'.
2. The field content was maintained manually in a dialog by means of an additional function, e.g. because the full name cannot be split into the prescribed name parts. In this case, the CONVERTED field (status of NAME_TEXT field) contains the value 'M'.

The CONVERTED field (status of NAME_TEXT field) has the value SPACE if neither of these exceptions applies.
