Documentation
Definition
If you set this checkbox, the principle of dual control is activated for resetting or reversing RBD actual records (on the RBD Accounts screen). This means that an actual record can only be reset or reversed if the SAP user performing this action is not the user who last changed this RBD actual record.
Use
If it has been activated, the principle of dual control applies to the reversal of actual records using the following RBD function:
- RBD Accounts screen - transaction Change RBD Account
Dependencies
The SAP user must be authorized to reverse actual records:
- Authorization for transaction Change RBD Account
- Authorization object RBD_EDIT in combination with activity "85 (Reverse)" for the corresponding RBD area and organizational unit
