Definition

If you set the Indicator: Update Liquidation Costs indicator, then the system updates the liquidation costs of the collateral that existed in the previous evaluation.

Use

The indicator can have the following values:

Characteristic Value     Meaning

X     During a new evaluation in the future, the system updates the liquidation data of the collaterals.

<blank>     During the new evaluation, the system does not update the liquidation data of the collaterals

Dependencies

The system only updates the collaterals if, at the time of the new evaluation:

• in the RBD account (on the Account Data tab page), the Indicator Collaterals Update was activated and
• in the Customizing activity Collateral Valuation per IAS, you defined that old expectation values are to be copied for the combination of Credit Rating Collateral Giver and Collateral Type.

Note:

Note that, after execution of the new evaluation, you can change the liquidation data in the evaluation sheet.
