Definition

Amount used to post the risk provision position "provision" during an initial run for the current RBD settlement period.

Use

The risk provision position is initialized by the Initial Run for Future Analysis function.

You can generate the following flows during an initialization run:

  • Acquisition (positive amount, display without +/- indicator)

    Increase in risk provision balance "value adjustment"

  • Retirement (negative amount, indicated by "-")

    Reduction in risk provision balance "value adjustment"

Dependencies

  • On the "Turnover Processing" tab page of the RBD account, the system displays the corresponding planned record or actual record - dependent on whether or not the result of the valuation has been posted already - for this amount.
  • In the Customizing activity Define Settlement Period Change, you can define RBD settlement periods that vary from the calendar year.
