Definition
If this checkbox is set, the system creates a cash flow position with a due date that is the same as the end of the interest fixing period or end of term for the amount specified in the Remaining Capital in Contract Currency field.
The checkbox can have the following values:
Characteristic Value Description
X The system creates a cash flow position for the remaining capital with the same due date as the end of the interest fixing period; if the end of the interest fixing period field is empty, or after the valuation key date, then the system creates the corresponding cash flow position with the same due date as the end of the term of the contract.
<blank> The system does not create a cash flow position for the remaining capital with the same due date as the end of the interest fixing period or end of term for contract.
Use
Dependencies
The system only creates a corresponding cash flow position if:
- In the data supply for the interface table RBD IAS-GATE header data (technical table name /IBS/TRB_IASGHD), the Control CF Position for Remaining Capital (technical field XCF_DIFF) checkbox was delivered with the value ' ' (<blank>) and
- You defined in the Customizing activity Contract Valuation (IAS for the source system contract categorization that the system is not to create a cash flow position on the update date for the remaining capital.
Note:
If the End of Interest Fixing Period field is empty or the date is after the valuation key date, and the End of Contract Term field is also empty or the date is after the valuation key date, the system creates the corresponding cash flow position with a due date that is the same as the valuation key date. In this case, the system does not set the CF Position Remaining Capital at End of Interest Fixing Period/End of Term checkbox, rather it sets the CF Position Remaining Capital on Valuation Key Date checkbox.
