Dependencies

If you want to use the following functions to post existing planned records as actual records, you must set this indicator:

  • IVA: Update Run - Past Analysis
  • IVA: Posting Run - Future Analysis
  • IVA: Unwinding Posting Run - Future Analysis
  • IVA: Posting Run - Future Analysis (PPF)

Further notes

  • Mass processing functions post only RBD flows for which automatic posting is permitted (according to the setting in the Customizing activity Define RBD Flow Type and FI Account DeterminationField Automatic Posting Indicator).
  • If you have the relevant authorization, it is possible to post the planned records in the RBD account dialog (tab page Records processing, indicator Post Planned Records) irrespective of the setting of this indicator.
