Definition

The flow types group is used for evaluation purposes and assigns the RBD flow types to the various risk provision positions.

Dependent on the valuation method used and the associated analysis horizon, the system assigns the RBD flow types used to different flow type groups.

The RBD flow types are assigned to the following groups:

Value    Name    Valuation Method with Analysis Horizon

1    Interest    Past

2    Charges    Past

3    Capital    Past

10    Value Adjustment    Fair Value

11    Provision    Fair Value

Note

The analysis horizon "past" differentiates between RBD flow types for capital, interest, and charges. The analysis horizon "fair value" only differentiates between the risk provision positions "value adjustment" and "provision".
