Definition
This indicator determines whether an alternative posting date can be entered when a reversal is reversed.
Use
Normally, an alternative posting date is desirable for manual reversal postings.
If this indicator has been set, an alternative posting date can be entered either manually or automatically Automatic Posting Date Determination for Closed Period.
With this setting, reversals can be posted either manually or automatically to non-completed periods.
