Definition

Triggers a tolerance check.

Use

If you set this indicator the system displays the following material stocks:

• Material stocks with tolerance variance
• Material stocks without tolerance group
• Material stocks whose tolerance group is not defined in the system

Tolerance Variance Check

The system determines the stock quantity in the base unit of measure and the parallel unit of measure (PUoM).

The system compares the relationship between both stock quantities with the plan relationship that is determined using the plan conversion factor. If the variances - determined by the tolerance group - between these two stock quantities are too high, the system displays the material in the results list.

If the result of the tolerance check is negative, the system displays this status with a symbol.

The tolerance check does not refer to the packed stock in the PUoM.
