Use
All data in accounting is based on the valuation unit of measure. The critical applications of this unit of measure are:
- Inventories, which are valuated in the valuation unit of measure
- Material cost estimates, which are created and updated based on the valuation unit of measure
Dependencies
In SAP Catch Weight Management (SAP CWM), the valuation unit of measure can be the base unit of measure or the parallel unit of measure. In the material master, you specify which of the two units of measure is the valuation unit of measure.
