Use

This enhancement allows you to improve a planned material.

There are several methods for manipulating the data at different steps:

  • SET_ARTICLE_NUMBER

    This method is called when you create a planned material. It allows you to specify your own material number.

  • MAP_GENERIC_PRICAT_ATTR

    This method is called when you create a planned material with reference to a PRICAT item. It allows you to map the generic attributes of a price catalog item to the attributes of a planned material.

  • READ_DYNAMIC_ATTRIBUTE

    This method allow you to read any additional material attributes from an existing material in the

    SAP database. It is intended for attributes that are not supported in the delivered version of Operational Assortment Planning and Control (OAPC).

  • VALIDATE_DYNAMIC_ATTRIBUTE

    This method allow you to validate any additional material attributes that you want to add to a planned material.

  • CHECK_COMPLETENESS

    You can use this method to verify that all attributes of a planned material are filled correctly before it is released. The method is intended for:

    • Material attributes that you have added
    • Additional validations that are not included in the delivery version of OAPC
  • SELECT_QUOTA_SCALE

    This method allows you to determine which quota scale should be used by default for a characteristic.
