Use
In this Customizing activity, you can define the columns that are displayed in tag result lists. Every tag result list is based on a UI object type.
Tags are displayed in tag clouds on the home page of your business role. If you click a tag that is assigned to several business objects, a tag result page is started where the business objects are grouped in tag result lists.
The attributes that are displayed in the list of fields of a selected UI object type correspond to a BOL attribute defined in the Customizing activity Copy SAP Attribute Tags. You can create your own attribute tags in the Customizing activity Define Attribute Tags.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
After you have made the necessary changes in the tag result lists in this Customizing activity, you need to adapt the UI configuration(s) of the corresponding UI object type, in the UI configuration tool.
Change the order of existing columns
You can specify the order in which attribute-related columns are displayed in the tag result list. Enter a sequence number for the attributes. The attribute with the lowest sequence number is the first column displayed.
If you have changed the order of existing columns, you need to change the order of the displayed columns in the UI configuration.
Delete an existing column
To delete an existing column, select an attribute and click Delete.
Note
Do not delete an existing column, which is used in an UI configuration. First delete the column from the available fields in the UI configuration. Then delete the attribute in this Customizing activity.
Add a new column
To add a new column, click New Entries and select an existing BOL attribute, which is defined in the Customizing activity Copy SAP Attribute Tags. You can specify a sequence number for the new column. You can also adapt the sequence number of existing attributes and insert the new column where you want.
If you have added a new column, this column is added to the list of available columns in the existing UI configuration. To display this new column in the tag result list on the UI, you need to move it to the list of displayed columns.
