Use

In this IMG activity, you can define work area components. The work area component repository defines all available components with their inbound and outbound plugs. Only components that are defined in the repository, can be included in the work area.

In this function, you can also define all inbound and outbound plugs.

Cross-component navigation allows you to navigate to a component without needing to know about the implementation of the target. To release your component for cross-component navigation, you must provide:

  • An outbound plug enabling navigation from your component to a target component
  • An inbound plug enabling navigation from a component to your component

As part of the definition of the outbound plug, you must provide an appropriate data collection for the target component. For the inbound plug, you need the data collection of the source component.
