Use
Responsibility is text data, which represents the person or department responsible. It can be managed as a tree structure. This data can be assigned to Trading Contract Type and each portfolio record. Though it is optional, you can use responsibility group as a key field of the appropriate portfolio in Trading Contract processing.
Example
A Responsibility Group may represent the business process characteristics such as North American section, or Coffee Trading section. The responsibles could represent the staff of these groups.

Activities
You should define the Responsibles first, which is four-digit name and a description. Then you group them into a Responsibility Group; there is no limitation for assignment a responsible can belong to many groups.
