Use
In the Web trading contract profile, you can define which organizational data (such as the sales or purchasing organization) is transferred to the Internet application during automatic creation of trading contracts. You also define the contact data to be displayed for your trading company.
In the application, you assign the Web profile to your customers. If you want to use different profiles for different customers, an appropriate number of Web profiles must be created.

Maintain the following parameters:
- Organizational Data
You can specify organizational data for both sales and purchasing, including the plant and the storage location, for example.
- Trading Contract Information
You can specify trading contract data and set the default status for the contract.
- Contact Information
You can enter the name, phone number and e-mail address of the person responsible.
