Use

This setting allows you to define the status group and application status. The application status controls trading contract processing for each specific business scenario. You assign application statuses to the system statuses which control whether or not follow-on documents can be generated for a trading contract. System statuses are maintained by SAP.

Activities

  1. Define application statuses, then assign a system status to each application status. In the same node, there is a flag Irrelevant in TEW. You can set this flag if you want contracts with this application status to be filtered out when source documents are selected in the Trading Execution Workbench.
  2. Define application status groups.
  3. Assign application statuses to the newly created status groups.

The application status group is assigned to the trading contract type.
