Use

In this step, you define the print parameters for Trading Contract messages. This is dependent upon a specified key, which in the standard SAP system are:

Sales organization/distribution channel/division

Sales organization

Purchasing group

User

If you assign print parameters to purchasing groups, you maintain the following print parameter for each purchasing group:

  • Output device

    Key of the printer on which the message is to be printed

If you assign print parameters to a sales organization, a sales area, or a user, you maintain the following print parameters in each case:

  • Key

    Depends on the setting (key of the sales area for which the print parameters are to be valid)

  • Output device

    Key of the printer on which the message is to be printed

  • Dataset

    Name of the spool request

  • Suffix 1

    First indicator for identifying the spool request

  • Suffix 2

    Second indicator for identifying the spool request
