In this process step you create profiles to control the data exports in the Retail Revenue Management Interface, known as RRM profiles.
To perform a data export you must first have specified an RRM profile.
Several parameters that control a data export are combined in an RRM profile. Among them:
- Source for historical sales data
If the Retail Information System (RIS) is used as the source you must specify a selection variant of an existing application area. If SAP BW is used as the source then you must specify an analytical application with a query method.
- Type of purchase price determination
- Price point type for price point determination
- Filter value for the Business Add-In (BAdI) RP_RRM_OUTBOUND
- Indicator for creating an application log.
Requirements
The filter value from BAdI RP_RRM_OUTBOUND is a central control parameter. Before you maintain RRM profiles you should create suitable implementations for this BAdI that you can specify here as a filter value.
Depending on the soruce for your historical sales data maintain a selection variant or a query method that you can specify in the RRM profile.
