Use
The access sequences in the RMA condition technique have the task of selecting the required values from the condition tables as flexible as possible.
The access sequence consists of one or more accesses. One access can select data from exactly one condition table.
You can specify the following in each access:
- Whether only the first record is relevant
- Whether the values from all records detected by the access should be cumulated
- Whether the search should be continued once the access is successful, and whether all values detected by subsequent accesses should also be cumulated
- Whether the search should be terminated after a successful access
In the assignments of an access sequence, you can specify the selection conditions to be used for selection of the access data. The fields of a condition table can be compared with either fixed values or RMA structure (WRMA_COMM) values.
Requirements
Define the tables (transparent tables or DSO) and RMA condition technique structure that you want to use.
Standard settings
We supply a range of access sequences that you can use for standard calculations according to RMA. The standard profile is 0001.
Activities
Example
For example, the access sequence P_GOMO supplies the values of a stock movement for precisely one period. For the selection of data, it makes no difference whether the position concerned is a sale or a goods entry, as all data are stored in DSO 0RMA_DS01 in the standard system.
In the calculation, the access condition type defines, whether the data is read for a goods entry or a sale. Further parameters, such as the selection, valuation level, etc, are taken from the structure.
