Use
In this step, you define the combinations of vendor and purchasing organization for which you want to create purchase prices. You also specify which condition table is used to store this information.
Requirements
In the IMG activity Define Purchase Price and Sales Price for PRICAT inbound, you have defined one or more prices as purchase prices. In Convert Condition Types, you have also defined how the external condition keys are converted to internal condition types.
Standard settings
Activities
For each vendor and purchasing organization for which you want to update a purchase price, create an entry and in each case specify the condition table to be used. You can also leave the Vendor field empty here. This entry is then valid for all vendors for which you did not maintain a specific entry.
Example
You want to store conditions for two different purchasing organizations for your vendor "VENDOR". You want to store the conditions in condition table A801 for purchasing organization 0001, and table A801 for purchasing organization 0002. You therefore maintain two entries with the following attributes:
