Use
In this Customizing activity, you can do the following:
- Maintain the general authorizations that are used in the applications involved in decision flow management (DFM).
Under Maintain Central Authorizations, you maintain all generally available authorizations. These are general authorizations, not application-specific authorizations. You define and select the authorizations that can be mapped during a synchronization process within DFM.
- Maintain the specific mapping rules between source and target groupings for a single authorization
Under Map Authorizations for Synchronization, you define the actual authorizations that are synchronized for each source and target grouping pair. The view is unidirectional. This means, you must define two entries for bidirectional relationships: one entry for each direction of the source and target grouping pair.

Example
You want to maintain the Write general authorization activity . To do this, under Maintain Central Authorizations, you enter the following:

You want the Write authorization activity to be synchronized for the grouping pair that consists of the source grouping PPO and target grouping Project Management Project Definition. To do this, under Map Authorizations for Synchronization, enter the following:
