Use

In this Customizing activity, you can maintain the metadata for the delivered reports. You can add the user-defined fields as new columns to the report, change the filters, and change the column header texts.

Standard settings

Activities

To change column attributes ( such as sequenc,visibility, tooltip, and so on)

  1. Select a report and double-click Columns.
  2. Choose Copy Standard Fields.
  3. Maintain column attributes as needed.
  4. If there are more versions of a report, you can choose which field is displayed in which version by selecting the field and double-click the folder Columns in Version.

To change filter attributes

  1. Select areport, and then double-click the folder Filters.
  2. Add the filters and save the changes.


To change column name for a specific report (visible only in WebDyn Pro reports)

  1. Select a report, and then double-click Column header texts.
  2. Choose New Entries and then select the corresponding columns to be renamed.
  3. Save your changes.

Note: The text is language dependent. If you use multiple languages, then you must repeat the steps in each language.

To change column name for all reports (visible only in WebDyn Pro reports)

  1. Double-click Column header texts.
  2. Choose New Entries, and then select the corresponding columns to be renamed.
  3. Save your changes.
