Use

In this IMG activity, you define the field selection profiles for exporting your material BOMs. For the following exports, you can select the cFolders attributes as well as the column headings and the order of the columns:

  • Export of entire structure
  • Export of materials
  • Export of documents
  • Export of manufacturer part numbers
  • Export of list of approved manufacturer parts

Once you have specified a field selection profile and activated it, a corresponding menu option for this type of export appears in cFolders on the detail screen of an active bill of material.

Activities

  1. Specify field selection profiles for your chosen export type. You can create as many field selection profiles as you like and select the one you require in cFolders before the export.
  2. Assign cFolders attributes to the field selection profile.
  3. Set the Active indicator for your chosen field selection profiles.

Use the BAdI CFX_STRUCTURE_EXPORT to change and format the attribute values that were exported.
